Deposit is required of 50% payable by cheque upon booking.  This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks’ prior to your date of arrival.  Kindly note, that in the event of accommodation that has been reserved being cancelled within 48 hours of your visit, it is our policy to charge for losses incurred if we are not able to fill the vacancy.
Your room will be ready for occupation from 4pm.  Please, if possible, let us know your approximate arrival time.
Check in is between 4pm-8pm (If arriving outside these hours, please let us know)
Check out is by 10.30am.
